my Workplace GmbH wins Telekom’s Digital Champions Award
Since 2018, my Workplace has been supporting companies in digitizing and optimizing their business and IT processes with its rental models for IT equipment. Telekom’s Digital X digitization initiative has now honored the Nuremberg IT experts with the Digital Champions Award in the “Digital Processes and Organization” category for their innovative Workplace-as-a-Service solutions and for their contribution to digital transformation in the German growth market.
“We are very pleased to receive the Digital Champions Award, which confirms the increasing role of our solutions for digitization in companies,” says Manuel Wagner, Managing Director of my Workplace. “For more than ten years, together with our parent company CosH Consulting, we have been developing innovative IT concepts and complete solutions that optimize internal processes in IT departments and thus drive digitization in medium-sized businesses,” Wagner continues. Whether for opening up new markets, optimizing business processes, refining products or increasing efficiency, IT outsourcing and Workplace-as-a-Service solutions are creating scope for the transformation and digitization of the German economy.
With Digital X, Telekom has launched Europe’s largest cross-industry digitization initiative, in which more than 200 national and international partners are involved. It accompanies small and medium-sized enterprises in their digital transformation and offers space to network, exchange ideas and learn from each other in the spirit of digital progress. The Digital Champions Award, presented jointly by Telekom and Wirtschaftswoche, honors the best companies and pioneers of digitization from the middle of the German economy in the digital categories “Digital Products and Services,” “Digital Processes and Organization,” “Digital Customer Experience” and “Digital Transformation. Companies are evaluated on whether they have succeeded in improving their products, optimizing processes, creating added value for customers through digital applications or even transforming their own business model thanks to digitization.

The intuitive web configurator with online store functionality digitizes the entire IT lifecycle. With just a few clicks, components such as PC, monitor, mouse, etc. are selected and displayed on the clearly arranged dashboard. This enables the IT department to manage all workstations, identify potential savings thanks to comprehensive reporting and analysis functions, and minimize downtime. “Users benefit from full cost control, maximum flexibility and the reduction of internal efforts for the IT infrastructure to a minimum – thus creating free space for strategic tasks such as the digitalization of the business model,” explains Manuel Wagner.
