Nuremberg IT experts welcome seven IT-enthusiastic trainees to their Azubi-Lab starting this fall
\nNuremberg, October 06, 2021. As one of the most central roles within technical departments of a company, the IT specialist is gaining increasing importance in the market. But at the same time, well-trained specialists are increasingly in short supply. With its Azubi-Lab, CosH Consulting GmbH from Nuremberg has created an “elite forge” with which it provides young talent with three years of all-round training in the areas of hardware and software use with the associated services, thus cultivating the IT professionals of tomorrow.
\nStarting in the fall, the serious side of life begins for six trainees at CosH Consulting GmbH: The young talents can expect a varied and challenging time in the trainee lab of the Nuremberg IT expert. In this “elite forge”, the future “sysadmins” train to become IT specialists for system integration. “With our ‘Elite Forge’, we are pursuing a forward-looking human resources strategy,” explains Manuel Wagner, CEO of the CosH Group of Companies. “Our employees have established a high standard in our company with their IT know-how. Through in-house training, we promote organic growth from within and thus simultaneously ensure the quality of training for our young talents, who will later be in great demand on the market,” Wagner continues.<\/p>\n

The CosH program is composed of three years of training with accompanying education. “For us, training only plays a role on paper,” explains Peter Heidingsfelder, training manager and IT solution architect at CosH. “Well-trained system administrators are permanently in short supply on the IT market. We therefore see the training as true preparation for life as a high-caliber system administrator and system administrator.”<\/p>\n

Practical training for the challenges of the future<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Azubi-Lab is a separate division within the CosH group of companies. Here, budding IT professionals can retreat and work with experienced experts on exciting, hands-on projects, build test systems and try their hand at new technologies. In order to prepare the trainees perfectly for everyday work, server systems, storage systems, network switches, WLAN controllers, firewalls and clients are available, through which any customer environment can be recreated. In addition to complex fault analysis, the young talents can work directly with the latest technology trends in the data center field, for example, on testing HCI server clusters in the Azure stack. “With our all-round training, the trainees certainly have a challenging road ahead of them. But in return, the participants are perfectly trained for their future-oriented roles in the IT sector after graduation,” Peter Heidingsfelder continues.<\/p>\n
