Initial situation:
Star FM is a private radio station present in the greater Nuremberg area. The station reaches over 130,000 listeners monthly in the rock music genre segment. To provide a stable security infrastructure and a telephone system for the individual employees, CosH Consulting GmbH was brought in for the project.

Solution:
A unified communications solution from SWYX was used for the telephone system and clients. The complete solution for handling internal and external telephone calls provides employees with a flexible communications solution from anywhere.
As a certified SWYX Gold Partner, CosH Consulting GmbH offers a comprehensive service catalog with various services in the area of telephone systems. For user questions and problems, Star FM’s CosH technical team is available from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. STAR FM uses various components from its basic IT operating services for IT security. A Cisco firewall system was installed for a comprehensive security concept. The central tasks of anti-malware protection have been adapted to the special security requirements of STAR FM and offer a particularly high level of protection against attacks. In addition to the managed firewall, STAR FM uses the managed backup solution from CosH Consulting GmbH. With automated and regular cloud data backup to CosH’s ISO 27001 certified data center, all company data is protected even in the event of a system failure.
