Your Way to CosH

Find out what stages your application will go through in our application process, what criteria we use to select new employees and what we place particular emphasis on.

Your personality is our priority. In the first step of the selection process, school grades or references are therefore disregarded for the time being. For us, the overall impression counts. Your application should include all important documents such as: Meaningful cover letter, resume as well as relevant references and certificates.

Take the opportunity in the first interview to make sure that we are a good match and let us know what drives you, why you are interested in a position with us and what your strengths and weaknesses are. We ask you to kindly include salary expectations in your application, if possible.

1. Online Application

You can find all vacancies on our homepage, in job portals or on social media. If you have found a suitable position, please send us your application documents using the application form in the respective advertisements or by e-mail to bewerbung@cosh.de. You are also welcome to send us an unsolicited application. We are always open to motivated and committed people.

2. Confirmation of Receipt

After we have successfully received your application documents, you will receive a confirmation message from us. Our recruiting team will check your resume and all other documents. You will receive a response from us within 3 weeks at the latest.

3. Registration of Your Application in Our Talent Pool

Your application will be registered in our talent pool and prepared for evaluation. Please note that applications sent by e-mail can be processed faster. We ask for your understanding that we cannot return applications sent to us by regular post.

4. Evaluation

We evaluate each individual application in close consultation with the departments. In addition to professional experience, it is particularly important for us to find employees who want to achieve goals together with us and who are motivated, interested and committed.

5. Feedback (E-mail or Telephone)

Within 3 weeks you will receive a response from us. If you have made it to the shortlist, we will contact you personally. If your profile is also suitable for another position in our company, we may suggest alternative positions with us.

(6. Optional: Invitation to Assessment Center)

For some positions, we like to ask applicants a few small tasks beforehand on an applicant day. Don’t panic, we don’t ask any mean questions, nor do we ask for any historical knowledge or general knowledge. These are small tasks that fit the position you are applying for.

7. First Personal Interview

If your application has convinced us, we would like to get to know you. “We” – in this case, is a person from the HR department and a manager from your department. During this initial interview, we can address your questions and expectations more in detail. As a rule, the initial meeting takes place via video conference.

8. Possibly a Second Personal Interview

If you were convincing in the first interview, we will invite you to a second interview a little later. If possible, the second interview will take place at your future place of work, so that we can also show you the working environment at CosH.

9. Offer & Employment Contract

There is nothing standing in the way of your new challenge at CosH. If you were able to convince us in the personal interviews, we will be happy to discuss the details of your employment contract with you and then submit an offer.
