FAQ about Training at CosH

We offer the following apprenticeships:

  • IT Specialist System Integration (m/f/d)
  • IT systems management clerk (m/f/d)
  • Management assistant for office management (m/f/d)

Depending on the training, different qualities are required. In general, however, you should have the following:

  • Good secondary school leaving certificate, entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences, high school diploma or already completed vocational training.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Previous knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Interest in IT solutions

This varies depending on the training occupation. In general, however, you will receive more pay with us than in other similar companies.

As a rule, training with us lasts 3 years. Under certain conditions, however, it is possible to shorten it to 2 to 2.5 years.

Please make sure to include a compelling cover letter, a complete resume, your most recent references and, if applicable, internship certificates and other certificates. We would like to point out that we prefer online applications and unfortunately cannot return applications sent by regular mail.

You should apply about 12 months before you would like to start your training. The earlier you apply, the better your chances of getting a place.

Before your interview, please think about your abilities, what you expect from your training at CosH, where you want to go and why the training position you are seeking to have is a good fit for you.

If we invite you to an interview, you have already cleared the first hurdle. Your application has appealed to us and we would like to learn more about you. Please remain yourself in the interview and don’t try to be someone “we might like”. Just like you, we would like to find out whether the apprenticeship and our company are a good fit for you.

Yes, this is possible. However, we ask you to submit a separate application for each position.

You can upload your application via our online tool in the respective job offers or send it by email to bewerbung@cosh.de.

After your application has been successfully received, you will receive a confirmation email from us. From this point on, you will receive a response to your application within 2-3 weeks. If you have not heard back from us by then, just contact us again with a note about your application.

Of course, this depends on your commitment and your performance during the training period. As a rule, the chances of our trainees being taken on are very good, but this is not guaranteed.
