We are looking for exactly you if you bring the following:
• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system administration or an equivalent IT qualification or corresponding professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in the above mentioned field of activity
• High quality awareness and service consciousness
• Reliable, structured and independent way of working
• Experienced handling of MS Office and experience with Windows operating systems
• Strong team and service orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
That applies to you? Then these are your new main tasks with us:
• Complete recording and documentation of service requests, problems and malfunctions by phone and e-mail in the ticket system
• Categorizing, prioritizing and, if necessary, forwarding the faults and requirements
• Intensive customer contact and advice to users
• Processing of cases with the ticket software DoIT
• Support for testing, training and rollouts
• Error analysis and correction
• Installation, configuration and support of desktops, notebooks etc.
• Configuration and administration of systems including maintenance work
