In our Cloud Readiness Assessment, we analyze systems, processes, and operating models, evaluate technical and organizational requirements (security/compliance, including GDPR), and develop a robust cloud target vision with migration scenarios and a prioritized cloud roadmap—including a cost-benefit analysis and decision-making documentation for management and IT.

Our Approach (Scope of Work)
