YONTEX is a joint venture between Messe München GmbH and NürnbergMesse GmbH. They were looking for a reliable partner to help them realize their vision of efficient and modern workplace management. YONTEX employees are highly qualified and work at a variety of events. YONTEX was seeking a comprehensive solution to optimize its technical work environment and facilitate communication.

YONTEX came across the CosH Consulting GmbH website and was impressed. After conducting thorough online research, the CosH Consulting GmbH website piqued YONTEX’s interest and led to an inquiry. CosH Consulting GmbH then developed a customized IT solution that met all of YONTEX’s requirements.
The solution included the provision of 20 fully equipped workstations, consisting of laptops, keyboards, mice, iPhones, monitors, and iPads. To ensure seamless data transfer and maximum network security, the entire network infrastructure—including a network cabinet and the associated switches—was also designed and installed. At the same time, a new video conferencing system was implemented to modernize communication among employees. To increase employee flexibility, comprehensive home office equipment was also provided for everyone. This included docking stations, monitors, mice, keyboards, Microsoft 365 licenses, and mobile phone contracts, enabling employees to work from anywhere. All home office workstations were delivered fully installed and ready for use, including all installations, company images, and YONTEX security policies.
