Environment

Harmony with the environment through three pillars

We want to measurably reduce our environmental impact.
To achieve this, we rely on energy-efficient office spaces, modern building systems, and the responsible use of resources. An increasing proportion of our energy consumption comes from renewable sources.

We are further reducing our emissions through digital processes, optimized workflows, and mindful travel practices. Our long-term goal is to make our operations as climate-friendly as possible—without compromising on quality or service.

We design our logistics processes to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
We prioritize low-carbon shipping and transportation options, minimize unnecessary travel through optimized route planning, and use durable materials for packaging.

When it comes to hardware and equipment, we prioritize efficient procurement channels and consolidate deliveries to conserve resources. For us, sustainability means critically evaluating every step—from the ordering process to final delivery.

Resources should remain usable for as long as possible.
That is why we adhere to the principle of the circular economy: products and materials are selected and used in such a way that they can be repaired, reused, or recycled.

When it comes to IT equipment, we prioritize durable devices, modular systems, and proper recycling. Hardware that is no longer needed is returned to the supply chain through refurbishment, whenever possible.

This is how we reduce waste and conserve valuable raw materials.

E-Mobility


We don’t just talk the talk, we walk the walk. CosH is setting an example on the subject of sustainability. . Most of the vehicle fleet has been replaced: From pure combustion engines to hybrids and fully electric vehicles. Through our charging stations directly at the building of the location in Nuremberg, all field staff can charge their company vehicles free of charge. In this way, we are doing our part to make the world a little bit greener.

Internships for people with disabilities

Computer work is an activity that can be performed without problems for many people with disabilities. We would like to encourage this and offer internships to get to know the work at the IT service provider. In cooperation with the Rummelsberg Clinics, we facilitate long-term internships in our technology department every year.

All interns are accepted as full members of our team and work on exciting and varied IT projects. Our buildings are all completely barrier-free and have elevators.
