Today, we’d like to inform you that Microsoft will increase prices globally for six of its core products – for the first time in 10 years – effective March 1, 2022.
According to Microsoft, the price adjustment reflects the increased functional value of cloud solutions since market launch. You can read the official statement from Microsoft here:

Which products are affected by the price adjustment and in what amount:

**) Microsoft had originally also announced approx. 13% price increase for “Microsoft 365 Business Basic” as of 3/1/2022. As of today, we unfortunately still do not have the prices from Microsoft. For the time being, we are therefore only passing on past price increases on a smaller scale, but we assume that Microsoft will make up for the announced price increase at a later date.
What are the next steps?
We – the CosH Consulting GmbH – will automatically perform this conversion for you and the surcharges 1:1 to you.
Your license subscription will automatically run for a full year upon conversion. The reduction of the number of booked licenses during this term is not possible. At a later date (date is not yet known) will also be possible to book 36-month subscription.
Alternatively, your subscription can be changed to a monthly term. With this variant, Microsoft charges a surcharge of 20% on each product, but a reduction of licenses is always possible at the end of a month.
If you would like to make use of this option, please inform us by 02/24/2022 at the latest, otherwise the annual term will remain in effect for you.
